"Full Purchase" Product Policy

Users have up to 30 calendar days from OUR Ship Date (see your Invoice or Packing Slip) to return a software product which was purchased directly from Working Solutionz Software (excluding downloaded software - see policy below). If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the software license you purchase, please contact us within this time period. Prior authorization must be received before any returns will be accepted. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. Upon such approval for a return, an RMA # will be provided which must be written on the outside of the return package. All disks, CDs and documentation shall be returned in the same package. In addition, the Licensed user must provide a written letter, on Company letterhead, which states that all of the software has been removed from the Licensee computer(s) and that user relinquishes all previously licensed rights. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all authorized returns.

Working Solutionz is not responsible for the changes of third party services or software which is, in any way, related to a Working Solutionz product. It is the understanding of the individual or entity purchasing this software that such services and third party software are normally in constant change and it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to determine which versions and services that will meet their current needs at the time of purchase.


"Downloaded" Product Policy

There are Positively NO Returns allowed on downloaded software.
