Basics 4.0 is our previous version, still available for those who
prefer a lower priced accounting solution which is still compatible
with FileMaker Pro versions 3.0, 4.0 or 4.1 (a 5.0 set of files
is also available for purchase online if you choose).
What
is the difference between BIZ 4.0 and BIZ Gold?
BIZ Gold is our newest version in the 'BIZ' family. Both are available
as a bundle of our popular BIZ modules. BIZ
Gold has new features and a newly designed user interface for
full sized monitors while the BIZ Basics 4.0 version was developed
for 13" screens. BIZ 4.0 does not have all the new features
available in BIZ Gold however it is still quite a powerful little
accounting package for those who enjoy working in the smaller screen
interface. BIZ Gold was optimized for Filemaker Pro 5.0 and therefore
may not be used on previous versions of Filemaker while BIZ 4.0
works on all recent versions of Filemaker. You may also upgrade
to BIZ Gold later if you choose for the difference in price. BIZ
4.0 is now available in download only which includes electronic
documentation (click "Download & Save!" button above
to order). We're giving YOU the option between BIZ and BIZ
Gold for a limited time.

Requires FileMaker Pro 4.0 (FileMaker 5.0, 4.1v3 or 4.0v3 for Macintosh
or for Windows - some free updates are available at www.filemaker.com
- if you are using earlier versions than these some scripts may

MACINTOSH - 4MB RAM with system 7.0 or higher 4MB with fast Quadra
or PowerMac (8MB required for PowerMac) HD floppy drive and hard
disk; (PowerMac recommended) Networking options: AppleTalk, IPX/SPX,

Here is the latest BIZ Basics 4.0v4 demo download file. This demo
requires FileMaker Pro 4.0 (or higher). These self extracting files
(".sea" file for Mac and ".zip" file for Windows) will auto-extract
for you providing a "BIZ4DEMO folder" (or similar name, depending
on the downloaded version you select above) which contains all the
necessary demo files. We recommend you always open the "BIZopen
" file first, since it provides some automated scripting which
automatically open other files.
